A MAN has been fined for driving while not wearing a seatbelt.
Jonathan Chadwick has been ordered to pay a total of £270 by Brighton magistrates after being caught driving without a seatbelt on the A283 Lower Street in Pulborough on August 13 last year.
The 60-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
He was fined £146.
Chadwick, of Guildford Road, Loxwood, will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
