A MAN has been fined and given points on his licence for speeding on the A27.
Matt Lumsdaine has been ordered to pay a total of £164 by Brighton magistrates after being caught driving above 70mph on the A27 Arundel Road in Binsted on August 15 last year.
The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
He was fined £40 and given three points on his licence.
Lumsdaine, of Uppacott Cottages, Newton Abbot, will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
