BRIGHTON is one of the best destinations for shopping in the UK, according to recent research.
The study by WeThrift found that the city was the fourth-best destination for shopping, with a score of 69.8 out of a possible 100.
However, the city missed out on a podium finish to Edinburgh, Bristol and York.
Research cited Brighton’s shopping centres, its 254 designer stores, five flea markets, and 90 charity shops - more than any other destination outside of London, for its high place in the study.
However, it was Bristol that took the crown for the highest number of designer stores in the UK, with a total of 309.
