A RANGE Rover crashed into a parked taxi and flipped onto its side on the A259.
Police were called to the scene of the incident, which took place at around 4.10pm yesterday on the A259 Kingsway.
Eyewitness Jason Frost said he was walking down the road when he “saw and heard a massive crash”.
He said: “I saw the Range Rover flip onto its side and I quickly rushed over, and there was a woman trapped in the driver’s seat.”
Pictures and a video captured by Mr Frost show the car tipped over on its right-hand side, with debris from the Range Rover and the taxi strewn in the road.
Two officers were also spotted standing next to the Range Rover.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
