A SEASIDE pub has reopened its doors following a refurb.

The Plough Inn, Hastings has seen the one room pub transform into a modern, homely environment following a large investment.

The interior has been repainted with lightly coloured walls and a rustic feel from the exposed brick, both complemented by retro lighting.

A key feature is the open log fire, which has seating all around for customers to cosy up around the fire.

Taps are placed around and the white, mirrored back bar which displays a range of spirits and wines.

The pub has a variety of drinks available including a selection of on-tap cask ales and beers changing seasonally, including Harvey’s Best, St Austell Tribute, Doom Bar and Timothy Taylor’s Landlord.

As warmer months approach, the garden is geared up with seating in front with the sea view and sun out until lunchtime and an enclosed garden at the back.

The garden also has a petanque court, refurbished to regulation length, with boule sets available.
