Police in Sussex are searching for a 37-year-old man who has not been seen since he left a hospital earlier this week.
Lewis Jeffs, from Hastings, left a hospital in Chertsey on Wednesday.
This photo of Lewis shows clothing he was wearing as he left the hospital of his own accord, and it is not believed he has any other clothing with him.
He is decribed as white, 5'9" and of medium build, with short dark hair, and brown eyes.
There is concern for Lewis's welfare as he left hospital before receiving any treatment, and anyone who has seen him or has any knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101, quoting serial 1377 of 21/04.
