A DRUG driver has been fined and banned from having a licence.
Phillip Cattaway has been ordered to pay a total of £239 by Hastings magistrates after being caught driving in Bethune Way, Hastings, with benzoylecgonine in his blood on August 16, 2021.

The 55-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Cattaway, of Lower Park Road, Hastings, was fined £120 and banned from obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
He will also have to pay £85 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
