Woman fined and banned for speeding on the A259 in Hastings
A WOMAN has been banned from driving for speeding in her BMW on the A259.
Sophie Luckett has been ordered to pay a total of £210 by Brighton magistrates after being caught driving above 30mph on the A259 in Hastings on April 5, 2021.
The 28-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Luckett, of York Way, Watford, was fined £66 and disqualified for holding a driving licence for six months.
She will also have to pay £110 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
