“No mother in this world should have to endure so much pain losing their daughter at such a young age.

“Leonie was a strong girl but sadly, she was taken from us far too soon. We love you Leonie. Forever and always.”

A GoFundMe page has been set up in memory of Leonie, and will raise funds towards her funeral and support for her family.

To date, the fundraiser has raised almost £7,000.

Aaisha added:  “Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to bring back our beautiful girl. But we, as her friends and family, want to help take away a bit of financial pressure for her funeral and any other way we can help support her family.

“We would all like to raise some money for the funeral and support her lovely family. As we all know, she has a lot of people who love her.”

Two men from Crawley, aged 21 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving while unfit through drink and driving while over the prescribed limit for alcohol and drugs.
