AN opportunity has become available to run a hotel on a new free of tie lease with no premium.

The George Hotel is a substantial and reputedly 16th century two storey property located on the high street of Henfield.

The hotel is made up of a dining area, front bar, main bar, pool room, ten en suite letting rooms, private owners’ accommodation car park and enclosed patio area.

First established in 1578, the George Hotel was an original coaching inn and was one of the first of its kind, meaning that parts of the building are over 440 years old.
