A DRIVER has been fined and given six points after being caught speeding on the A273.
Darius Parchomenko, of Beresford Rod, Gillingham, was clocked at over 30mph in Sussex Way, Burgess Hill, on June 28, 2021.
The case was proved at Crawley Magistrates’ Court and Parchomenko was fined £660.
The 33-year-old was ordered to pay a surcharge of £66 and costs of £90.
Parchomenko has also been given six points on his licence.
