AN URGENT search is underway for a missing man.
Matthew Polak was reported missing from Horsham town centre on Thursday, May 5.
The 31-year-old is 5ft 8in, slim with short hair.
It is believed he was wearing a black beanie hat, with a black Adidas tracksuit.
Sussex Police said “urgently seeking to trace” Matthew.
“Officers are concerned for his welfare and say anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 999 immediately and quote serial 490 of 05/05,” a police spokesman said.
