A MAN has been fined for exposing himself to members of the public.
Matthew Murtagh has been ordered to pay a total of £159 by Brighton magistrates after behaving in an indecent manner on October 29, 2020.
The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Murtagh, of Roffey Close, Purley, was fined £44 and will also have to pay £85 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
