FOOTAGE of a deliberate fire at a restaurant has been released by police.

The CCTV shows the blaze in a bin storage area at the rear of Tosca restaurant in High Street, Shoreham, in the early hours of Saturday, March 26.

Three people can be seen climbing onto the roof of the building, before jumping down and entering the bin storage area.

The group then set fire to the building. One of the group appears to be filming the incident.

A number of items including motorcycles, fridges and furniture – as well as the building itself – were destroyed.

Approximately £26,000 worth of damage was caused by the fire.
