HISTORY walks, drag shows and youth music productions are all on offer at the Brighton Fringe festival.
With more than 700 shows and events, festivalgoers are spoilt for choice with cabaret, circus, dance, drama and drag shows.
Among the events being held today, Tuesday, May 24, are:
David Hoyle
Held at Brighton Spiegeltent, organisers say the event is “post drag, post gender and impossible to beat”.
Tickets range from £12 to £14.
Fearless and Fabulous Women of Brighton
Join Louise Peskett, author of The Fearless and the Fabulous - A Journey around Brighton and Hove's Women's History, on a walk around Brighton to discover stories of female characters of the city's past.
The tour lasts approximately one hour and 45 minutes.
Nick Draws Nationals: Global pandemic portraits
A selection of artwork by Brighton-based artist Nick Sayers, depicting the Covid-19 pandemic.
Nick has been drawing portraits of people in different countries through Zoom video sessions, and writing stories about their lives in lockdown. They are on show at CTG Travel in Church Road, Hove.
This is a free event.

X-CITE Is a youth-led promotion and label that provides young DJs and producers with a platform to perform.
The night will consist of garage and tech house building up to drum and bass.
The event will take place at Venue B at Brighton Youth Centre (BYC).
Art5 Gallery: Original Art Exhibition 2022
Hosted by Art5 Gallery in Prince Albert Street, the exhibition will be open for five weeks.
It will showcase a variety of the galleries most popular contemporary resident artists, with a mixture of group and solo shows.
