A 79-YEAR-OLD man has been fined for speeding on the A259.
Joseph Ward has been ordered to pay a total of £417 by Crawley magistrates after being caught driving above 30mph on the A259 Belle Hill in Bexhill on July 11 last year.
He pleaded guilty to the offence.
Ward, of Penhurst Drive, Bexhill, was fined £293 and given four points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services.
