A MAN has been jailed for a series of thefts from high street shops.
John Larkin has been jailed for 36 days for two separate thefts totaling £92 from a Co-op store in Bexhill on April 6 last year.
The 35-year-old was sentenced to an additional 18 days in prison for stealing three bottles of vodka and two bottles of whiskey from Marks & Spencer in Hastings on March 26.
Lark, of HMP Lewes, pleaded guilty to all three offences.
He will also have to pay £400 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a surcharge of £128 to fund victim services.
