A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £300 after driving a car without a valid MOT test certificate.
David John Hall, 54, from Harmsworth Crescent in Hove, was fined £220 after driving down Downland Drive without the certificate.
Hastings Magistrates’ Court also ordered Hall to pay costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £34.
The total amount of £344 must be paid by June 23.
