THE Red Arrows are to fly over Sussex as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

The Royal Air Force aerobatic display team are due to take off from Exeter Airport at 4.19pm on Sunday, June 5, before making their way south.

The planes will be visible above Sussex for around ten minutes between 4.36pm and 4.46pm.

The aircrafts will fly over areas including Southampton and Fareham before entering West Sussex at West Marden.

The team will then fly in a north east direction towards West Grinstead, passing Chilgrove, Graffham and the Knepp Estate.

From here, the Red Arrows will fly over Cowfold and between Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill before changing direction at Uckfield.

The planes will be visible above Buxted, Mayfield and Wadhurst as they travel towards the Kent border.

They will also fly over Buckingham Palace at 5.05pm as part of the display.

The Red Arrows will be on display again in Sussex during the three-day Goodwood Festival of Speed from June 23 to 26.
