AN 88-YEAR-OLD man has been fined for failing to provide information to police to identify the driver of a car involved in an alleged driving offence.
Peter Coleman has been ordered to pay a total of £816 by Crawley magistrates following the offence in Shoreham on November 10 last year.
The 88-year-old was found guilty of the offence.
Coleman, of South Avenue, Bognor, was fined £660 and disqualified for holding a driving licence for six months.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £66 to fund victim services.
