Man fined and given points on licence for speeding in Mercedes on A27
A MAN has been fined for speeding in a Mercedes on the A27.
Bhavin Bagadiya has been ordered to pay a total of £574 by Crawley magistrates after being caught speeding on the dual carriageway between Emsworth and Fishbourne on November 22 last year.
The 26-year-old was found guilty of the offence.
Bagadiya, of Elm Grove, Southsea, was fined £440 and given four points on his license.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £44 to fund victim services.
