A MAN has appeared in court charged with supplying Class A and Class B drugs at a hospital.
Leon Tierney, 23, previously of Tillstone Street, Brighton, is charged with supplying MDMA at the city's Royal Sussex County Hospital between August 27, 2021 and October 21, 2019.
He is also accused of supplying cannabis and ketamine at the hospital between August 27, 2019 and October 21, 2019.
Tierney, now of Shephers Bush Road, London, made no plea when he appeared before District Judge Amanda Kelly at Brighton magistrates’ court on Thursday.
The case was adjourned for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Lewes Crown Court on July 7.
