A BRANCH of Subway has closed after its lease came to an end.

The sandwich restaurant in Fenchurch Walk, near Brighton Station, has had its branding removed and windows covered with brown paper after shutting its doors for the last time.

A sign apologised to customers and said: “We are sorry to inform you that due to the lease coming to an end this location is now closed.”
