MICHAEL BARNES has been ordered to pay £195 after speeding on the A283 on October 28 last year.

Barnes, of Furze Road, Rudgwick, Horsham, was fined £71 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and costs of £90, after driving at a speed exceeding 30mph.

The 68-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence and received three points on his licence.

LEIGH THOMAS BARTON has been told to pay more than £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Barton, of Amundsen Road, Horsham, was fined £660, and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90, following the offence in Shoreham on November 26 last year, which was proved under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 36-year-old also received six points on his licence.

DANIELLE BOORMAN has been ordered to pay more than £800 after driving a car without insurance.

Boorman, of Geary Place, Westfield, drove the Peugeot on the A28 Cackle Street, Brede, on December 4 last year.

The 34-year-old was fined £660, and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66, and costs of £90. She also received seven points on her licence for the offence, which was proved under the Single Justice Procedure.

JOHN GEORGE BOOTH has been ordered to pay more than £400 after speeding in a Rolls Royce on the M23 last year.

Booth, of Oakhill Drive, Brierley Hill, Dudley, was fined £283 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on October 9.

The 66-year-old also received three points on his licence for the offence, which he admitted, and was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

ANGELA GAIL BROOKS has been told to pay more than £200 after speeding on the A23 last year.

Brooks, of Hartington Road, Brighton, was fined £92 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after driving at a speed exceeding 70mph.

She admitted the offence, which took place at Albourne on October 24, and was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 59-year-old also received three points on her licence.

PETER BUBB has been ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Bubb, of Shirland Road, London, was fined £660 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 for the offence, which took place in Shoreham on December 17 last year, and was proved under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 65-year-old was also given six points on his licence.

EMMA LINDSEY BUSSELL has been ordered to pay more than £300 after speeding on the A259 Eastbourne Road in Pevensey last year.

Bussell, of Waverley Gardens, Pevensey Bay, Pevensey, exceeded the 30mph speed limit on December 17.

The 43-year-old was fined £220 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

She was also given six points on her licence.

RUYMAN-VIERA CABELLO has been told to pay more than £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Cabello, of Ecmod Road, Eastbourne, was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 for the offence, which took place in Shoreham November 30 last year, and was proved under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 41-year-old was also given six points on his licence.

ANDREW CART has been told to pay nearly £300 after driving a BMW at a speed exceeding 70mph on the A27 at Binsted on October 29 last year.

Cart, of Hillrise Avenue, Sompting, was fined £153 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 57-year-old was also given three points on his licence.

CLIFFORD ROY CARTER has been told to pay nearly £400 after driving a car without insurance on Horsham Road, Steyning, on December 6 last year.

Carter, of Clays Hill, Bramber, was fined £240 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 after admitting the offence, which was dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 71-year-old was also given eight points on his licence.

KATHLEEN CHAPMAN has been ordered to pay more than £800 after failing to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

Chapman, of Goldsmith Road, Broadwater, Worthing, was fined £660 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 for the offence, which took place in Shoreham on December 9 last year, and was proved under the Single Justice Procedure.

The 38-year-old was also given six points on her licence.
