A 54-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court accused of sexual offences against a nine-year-old girl.
Neil Schooley, of Woburn Place, Brighton, is accused of causing the girl to engage in sexual activity of a non-penetrative nature by stripping naked and another offence of causing the girl to take her clothes off.
He is also accused of causing a girl of “11 or 12” to engage in sexual activity of a non-penetrative nature by stripping down to her bra.
The three offences are alleged to have taken place in Brighton.
Schooley is further charged with two offences of taking indecent photographs of a child in Brighton.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges at Brighton magistrates’ court on June 23.
Magistrates released Schooley on conditional bail and he will now face trial at Lewes Crown Court on July 21.
