A BRAND new escape room designed for children and families is coming to Brighton this summer.

Escape room company Pier Pressure has announced the launch of The Smuggler’s Secret, a new game designed to be suitable for children as young as eight, in addition to an advanced mode for adult escape room enthusiasts.

The room will be based in Gloucester Road, in the North Laine, Brighton.

The Smuggler’s Secret will now offer a wider range of families the chance to experience Pier Pressure’s rooms for groups of up to six players and will include games and puzzles for the whole family.

The Smuggler’s Secret takes its theme from Brighton and Hove’s history, and is set to open its doors to the public at the end of July.

Depending on the size of the group, games will range from £26 to £32 per person.

Phil Harris, Managing Director of Pier Pressure, said: “We’re thrilled to be able to open our doors to even more children and families.

“Escape rooms are such a brilliant day out for everyone, so to be able to offer a new experience that more kids and families can enjoy, as well as our regular adult escape room goers, is extremely exciting.”
