A PERSON has been arrested following a police chase in the early hours of the morning.
Officers pursued the person after they failed to stop in Seaford at around 12.30am on Sunday, June 26.
A police helicopter was spotted circling the area as it assisted officers in the pursuit.
A car was seen abandoned in Upper Chyngton Gardens before the arrest was made.
Pictures taken at the scene show the vehicle left on the side of a road while police attended the scene.
Sussex Police have been contacted for further comment on the incident.
