A GROUP of 50 kite surfers have made the most of the breezy weather today as they took to the coast.
The host of surfers were spotted on Goring beach front, Worthing, spread across the shore.
Windspeed today reached highs of 17 knots with gusts of up to 21 knots according to Windfinder.
The Met Office has categorised it as a “moderate breeze” but it was enough for the kite surfers to get up to some impressive speeds.
One man who was on shore said it was “a kite surfer’s playground”.
Pictures taken at the beach show the sky filled with colourful kites while passers by enjoyed the sunshine with temperatures reaching 18C.
The warm weather is set to continue into the week with highs of 19C according to The Met Office.
Although, showers are expected on some days and skies will be clouded with sunny intervals at the end of the week.
