A BMW driver has been fined and given six points on his licence for speeding on the A27.
James Sinden has been ordered to pay a total of £676 by Hastings magistrates after being clocked above 70mph on the A27 Shoreham bypass on December 30 last year.
The 39-year-old was proved guilty in a single justice procedure.
Sinden, of Woburn Place, Brighton, was fined £533 and given six points.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and a surcharge of £53 to fund victim services.
