A MAN has been told to pay over £300 after speeding on the A23.
Michael McCaffrey, 39, was caught driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on the A23 at Slaugham on September 14 last year.
McCaffrey, of Rusper Road South, Worthing, pleaded guilty to the charge at Brighton Magistrates Court.
He was ordered to pay a total of £317 made up of a £173 fine, £34 in victim charges and costs of £110.
McCaffrey was also given three points on his licence.
