The A21 remains closed following a serious crash
A ROAD has remained closed in both directions following a serious crash.
The A21 Vinehall Road near Hastings was closed following the crash at around 3pm today.
It is unclear how many vehicles are involved in the crash and the extent of the injuries at the scene currently.
All emergency services were at the scene initially.
Pictures show a wood chipper at the scene, as well as a black Ford in the road.
Sussex Police are currently conducting crash investigation work, as well as clear up work from Highways teams.
The incident comes after a weekend of horror crashes around Sussex.
Sussex Police have been approached for further comment.
