POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing teenager and her baby.
Offciers in Hastings are searching for Shania Carey, 18, and her four-month-old daughter, who have been missing from their home since this morning, Wednesday, July 13.
Shania is white, 5ft 6ins, of stocky build, with dyed bright red shoulder length hair.
She was wearing short black shorts, white Nike boot trainers, and a black top and had a black Rucksack.
She has with her her baby girl who is in a black pram with a pink blanket and baby bag.
They are believed to have possibly travelled to Kent by public transport.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “There is a natural great concern for them both and police are making widespread enquiries.
“Anyone who sees Shania or the baby is asked to contact the police right away on 999 quoting serial 926 of 13/07.”
