PICTURES show police responding to an incident at a play park.
The incident at Hartfield Park in The Avenue, Eastbourne was first reported at around 1pm this afternoon.
Images taken at the scene show scenes of crime officers (SOCO) cordoning off sections of the park and placing evidence in bags.
The SOCO reportedly left the scene at around 6pm.
The exact cause of the police presence is currently unknown.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
