A MAN was apprehended by police near train tracks.
At least nine officers were spotted near Pevensey and Westham train station at around 6pm yesterday.
Police were seen running near a train crossing, with a topless man seen being put in handcuffs and escorted into a police vehicle.
One officer was also spotted carrying a pair of trousers, found near the area.
Sussex Police have been contacted for comment.
