THE family of a young woman who died unexpectedly have paid tribute to a “wonderful sister, daughter and friend”.

Robynne Seguin, 28, from Hastings, died on July 16 after struggling with her mental health.

Her sister Caitlin Mann said the family are “completely devastated” and the death was “extremely unexpected”.

Caitlin, 22, said: “Robynne was a committed carer in Hastings through Covid-19 and was devoted to caring for and helping people as much as possible both inside her caring career and in day-to-day life.

“She was most of all a caring and loving person with so much laughter and kindness shining through her.

“There was never a dull day when Robynne was around, she was a genuine person who truly wanted to help and support everyone around her with her outgoing personality and infectious laughter.”

Now, Caitlin and her family have launched a Go Fund Me page to raise money for a funeral for Robynne.

She said several people have already asked how they can help.

She said the family “ask for prayers so that we may find peace during this tragedy".

Caitlin said: “We want to give Robynne the best possible send-off celebrating her 28 years.

“Any donation small or big to support it would be hugely appreciated and would take one less worry away from our family and especially my mum, as I'm sure everyone can appreciate how tough times are at the moment".

Since setting up the fundraiser just over ten days ago, more than £3,700 has been donated.

More than 100 people have given money, with several leaving loving comments and memories about Robynne.
