PLANS to extend and convert an office building into 98 flats have been submitted to Mid Sussex District Council.
The application, from Perrymount Holdings Ltd, includes a nine-storey extension and a two-storey roof extension to 31-33 Perrymount Road, in Haywards Heath.

There will be undercroft parking for 45 cars, including two disabled spaces and nine electric vehicle charging points, and space for 50 bicycles.
