Man charged with rape following incident in Brighton
A MAN has been charged with rape following an incident on Brighton beach.
The incident was reported outside a venue at Kings Arches on Brighton seafront between 2am and 2.20am on Sunday, July 31.
Przemslaw Pogorzzelec, 42, of Hove, appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody and will next appear before Lewes Crown Court on September 29.
Police say a 20-year-old woman is receiving support from specially trained officers.
