A DATE for the Sue Addis murder trial has been confirmed.
The trial on February 20, 2023, will be the third her grandson Pietro Addis has faced after the first two collapsed due to legal issues.
Pietro, now 19, admits killing his grandmother but denies murder.
The restaurateur was found dead at her home in Cedar Gardens, Brighton, on January 7, 2021.
Paramedics arrived at the scene at 7.10pm on and found Mrs Addis's body in the bathroom.
A post-mortem revealed 17 stab wounds to the body and three knives were found at the scene.
The trial will be held at Lewes Crown Court.
