FILMING for ITV show Grace has continued this week, with cast and crew receiving a special visit from Fatboy Slim.
Stars of the hit crime drama were spotted shooting for the third season around Hove Lagoon yesterday.
Series producer Kiaran Murray-Smith shared photos Twitter of the filming process and said he is “so glad to be filming back in Brighton”.
He also thanked DJ Fatboy Slim, who lives nearby, for stopping by and having a chat with the team on the set.
He said: “Thanks to Fatboy Slim for chatting to us on set. Made my decade but that's another story.”
The new season of Grace will pick up the story of Brighton detective Roy Grace, played by John Simm, and is based on three books by Brighton author Peter James: Dead Like You, Dead Man’s Grip and Not Yet Dead.
The Argus will continue to feature in the ITV show, as it has in previous seasons, as per Peter James’ request.
Grace has been filmed at many landmarks across Brighton and Hove, with some scenes also taking place at locations in other parts of Sussex.
In August scenes were shot in Rottingdean at St Margaret’s Church, Nevill Road and on Beacon Hill.
