Several caravans were seen parked at the Morrisons supermarket car park in Worthing
SEVERAL caravans have been spotted parked at a supermarket in a town centre.
Roughly a dozen vehicles were seen at the Morrisons in Newland Street, Worthing.
Some are parked over several spaces at the shop's car park.
A spokeswoman for West Sussex County Council said that, while it was aware of the situation, “as they are currently on private land, it is for the landowner to move them on”.
It comes after caravans were parked on Hove Lawns earlier this week.
Morrisons has been contacted for comment.
