Due to a mix of high winds on Friday night and the fact that the recycling men had not come for four weeks, the contents of all the recycling boxes in my street were blown away and scattered all over.
No doubt this also happened to surrounding areas where the recycling had yet to be collected.
All our efforts to try to save the planet have been wasted and have just created an extra job for the council.
