More than 2,500 children are showing their skills in a dance extravaganza.
The young dancers, aged between three and 18, took part in the first two nights of Let's Dance at Brighton Dome.
More than 68 Brighton and Hove schools and dance groups are involved in the event, which continues tonight and tomorrow.
The whole cast is made up of young people, with older children taking on the backstage roles.
Organiser Paul Watson, a teacher at Dorothy Stringer School, said: "It's all been going really well. The quality of dancers has improved again from last year.
"It's a great opportunity for the kids to have a chance to perform at the Dome."
Some tickets are available for the last two nights.
