THE A259 is partially blocked due to a “medical incident”.
The road is blocked in Rottingdean eastbound at the traffic lights.
There are also queues westbound due to emergency services vehicles on the road.
Queues are stretching back to Roedean School on the eastbound side, as well as up the high street in Rottingdean.
It is not known what the medical incident is.
Sussex Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
