Traffic is building after a vehicle broken down at the entrance to the Southwick Tunnel
MOTORISTS are facing severe delays along the A27 due to flooding and a broken-down vehicle.
Traffic is building along the A27 Shoreham By-Pass westbound between A293 Portslade/West Hove turn-off and A290 Upper Shoreham Road after a car broke down at the entrance to the Southwick Tunnel.
Flooding has also been reported in one lane, causing delays of 14 minutes for motorists.
