FIREFIGHTERS battled a property fire last night.
Crews from five fire stations attended the fire involving a property in Webb Close, Crawley.
Crawley fire station, Billinghurst fire station, Horsham fire station, Hurstpierpoint Fire and Rescue Service and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service attended the blaze which was in the first floor rear bedroom and roof of the property.
Residents living nearby to the fire were advised by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service to keep their windows and doors closed.
