BUSES in the city are set to run on a reduced schedule on the day of the Queen’s funeral next week.

Brighton and Hove Buses will be operating a Sunday schedule across all its services on Monday, September 19.

It will see a drastically reduced timetable of buses running in the city on what has been declared a public bank holiday.

It is the latest disruption to public life owing to the funeral.

It comes as McDonald’s announced it will shut its doors on Monday.
