HERE is where you can watch Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral today.
The Queen passed away peacefully, aged 96, Buckingham Palace confirmed in a statement, with the state funeral taking place 10 days afterwards.
The service at Westminster Abbey will take place at 11am, though the build-up will start at 6.30am and BBC coverage of the event will begin at 8am.
The Palace Pier will remain open on the bank holiday and will be streaming the funeral service at Horatio’s Bar.
It is one of only a few venues in Sussex that will be showing the occasion publicly.
People will be able to watch from a big screen in Alexandra Park, Hastings.
It will start at 10am, an hour before the funeral begins, and will be turned off once it has concluded.
Additionally, the Picturedrome Cinema in Bognor will also be showing the funeral.
Adam Cunard, the managing director, said on the website: "Tickets are limited and available at the box office, free of charge.
"Doors will open at 10am and you are welcome to join us."
Many supermarkets, shops and entertainment venues will close apart from a few that have opted to show a live broadcast of the funeral in Sussex.
