As a transsexual I would like to complain in the strongest possible terms about the article by Jean Calder (The Argus, May 3).
Ms Calder has never even been to see the Lady Boys of Bangkok.
The ladyboys are not exploited and it is not a freak show. That is insulting to all transgender people. Their appeal is based on their artistic ability.
