FOUR fire engines are at the scene of an oil tank fire at the side of a house.
The blaze broke out at around 10.30am this morning in Maresfield High Street, near Uckfield.
Firefighters were called at 10.41am and are still at the scene now.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews from Uckfield, Crowborough, Heathfield and Lewes attended.
“Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one in seven foam to extinguish a fire that started in an oil tank at the side of the property.
“There were no casualties and crews are currently dampening down the scene and ensuring that the scene is safe.”
