House prices in Worthing have gone down by an average of over £2,000 in the month of July, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The latest data from the government department reveals that in July 2022 average house prices in Worthing reached £347,928.

This was down from £350,000 in June, representing a 0.6 per cent decrease. In the last 12 months it has risen by 13.7 per cent.
